I have worked in the field of behavioral health for 25 years and follow a holistic approach to healing. I completed my Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of West Alabama and an Advanced Certificate in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. I am a licensed counselor in the states of Louisiana and New York. I utilize complementary and alternative treatments for whole person wellness and to assist individuals with bringing their spirit, mind, body connection into balance.

Purple Lotus Wellness has evolved from my personal experience in exploring alternative methods of healing on physical, mental and spiritual levels to address past trauam and chronic pain. This has also inspired me to create a line of personal care products including herb infused organic body butters, herbal tinctures, wellness tea blends and more.
